Better communication
Handling  the large call volume has become a challenge, hence we made a strategic decision to have the phones go to our answering system.
All calls  are triaged and we will get back to you based on their priority.
We do our best to return your call with in the same business day.
Our system "callmydoc" is capable of recognizing you based on the information you provide, directly placing your message the chart.
This way I have the reassurance that none of the messages go unanswered.
We prefer portal messages. 
This way your message gets to the right person.

Wednesdays 8 am to 5 pm
Thursdays 8 am to 5 pm

           Closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 

In order to be able to serve you best, we prefer you use your portal .
In case that you don't have access to your portal we answer and check our messages every day from 8:00 am to  5:00 pm so please go ahead and leave a message if you need and we will get back to you ASAP.
