​You should preferably use  the athenahealth portal to request your refill or if you have a non-urgent question. We prefer to reserve phone calls for our older patients who find electronic communications more difficult. We do expect our younger patients to use all their available gadgets and avoid jamming the phone lines(you are considered young if you are under 65). Our emails are here but remember that it is not hippa compliant and unless special circumstances we don't encourage using them.
